What is the deposit?
The deposit or security deposit is an amount paid along with the vehicle rental. At TuRentaCar, this amount is fixed, regardless of the rental duration or the type of vehicle selected. You can pay the deposit with a credit or debit card. The deposit will be reflected as a hold on your account. If you return the car in the same condition as you received it, the deposit will be refunded immediately.
How do I return the vehicle?
The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank, just as it was delivered to our customers. Additionally, the vehicle must be clean, in the same condition as it was delivered. Please note that smoking in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Where can I pick up or return it?
We offer personalized delivery service at the airport, to your home, or at our facilities located in Son Ferrer, Calvià.
Can I rent with a passport?
In general, it is possible to rent a vehicle with a passport, but there are certain factors to consider, such as a minimum stay of 3 months. However, it is important to check with us, as requirements may vary by country.
What does the insurance cover?
All our vehicles include third-party insurance as standard. If you want comprehensive insurance, it will be available at an additional cost that will vary depending on the rental duration.
